I hired Pioneer to look at my HVAC system that had major issues during the summer, which the original installer could not fix. Pioneer found the problem, explained in easily understood wordage, and presented options. I had Pioneer install a new unit, ...which they did quickly and professionally. Mike and max installed my new trane hvac system. These two guys were at my house all day. They did an amazing job. It was neatly done, looked great and honestly, they were nice, professional and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pioneer again. This is my ...1st time ever using them. At the end of the install as they were testing everything there was a slight problem with my breaker. Without even a bother they got on the phone got a new breaker in route to my house and patiently waited. Mind you this was after 5pm. They ensured me neither was leaving until the job was completed and proper. Good install, fun guys (Lee, Tucker). Had a small problem but I called on a Saturday and they sent Troy (I think) who got it fixed in 5 seconds. Rex was cool to bring a cover out. Davey rocks. The whole experience was good
